Handheld Shower Filter – I was watching a post from a neuroscientist called “What I would tell you if I wasn’t being polite.” 

One of the things she mentioned was water—and how bad it can be for your brain via chemicals, metals, and more.

Not everyone can install a whole-home shower filter, and there are tons on the market, but this one is a nice, newer option.

The Organic Loofah – So, growing up, my mother loved a healing bath, complete with a loofah. My paternal grandmother grew them…

Most of the ones on the market are heavily processed, bleached, and removed of any and all 'raw' properties. The ones here in this link are very real, and very raw. They're flatter (not processed to be hard), so you can actually bend them around your legs, back, and body. They aren't bleached!

Mine were more brown, but in the picture they look a bit more polished. Hopefully they haven’t changed and they’re still in their pure, raw form. The listing says organic—whether that’s officially certified or just pesticide-free, I’m fine with it.

When I bought this set last August, the loofahs even had dried seeds inside. You could shake them out before your first bath and plant them to grow your own! They’re long too—about 1.5 to 2 feet.

And finally, we have my 'go-to' lotions — there are a few, but I love these two. The overall ingredients appear safe enough, and there's no overt smell of synthetics!
