Dear Student or Subscriber... 📣
Welcome back to our weekly Friday Founder Faves. 💛
Can you feel it? They days are shorter, there's a shift in the air, a soft pull to slow down, to make tea, to reach for a sweater that feels like a hug. Autumn has a way of whispering, "rest a little."
It's the season of gentle resets, not the strict kind, but the kind that invites your body to exhale.
This week, we're talking about the little things that help your system flow more freely. The herbs, foods, and rituals that make you feel nourished, grounded, and ready for the changing of the season. 🍁 |

| 🌼 Milk Thistle – Nature's Liver Nurturer
If your body's been asking for a little support, milk thistle might be a great ally right now. This soft purple flower has a gentle kind of strength, known to help the liver process what it no longer needs, calm inflammation, and bring your energy gently back into balance.
A capsule or tincture works beautifully. Take it with a meal, especially one with a little healthy fat (avocado, olive oil, or nuts). You'll get the most out of its magic that way. ✨

| 🧺 Wrap Yourself in the Good Stuff
What we put on our bodies matters just as much as what we put in them. When you reach for a blanket or sweater, go for organic fibers like cotton, linen, or wool.
Synthetic fabrics like polyester often carry residues of endocrine-disrupting chemicals that can affect your hormones and skin over time. Organic materials breathe, comfort, and let your body rest without exposure to all that static energy.
This organic cotton blanket is just perfect. There's something healing about being wrapped in what comes from the Earth. 🌾

| Movement as Medicine
This isn't just about "working out." It's about moving. Just getting your fluids circulating makes a huge difference in your quality of life and overall health.
Try a walk that's more about rhythm than speed, 3 minutes slow, 3 minutes brisk, 30 minutes total.
It's a little mindful pattern that helps digestion, mood, and metabolism find their natural flow again, without the cortisol spike.
If you want some guided support and techniques, this book has some great pointers. There's just something about the Japanese approach that brings presence and precision to anything, with a nice touch of poetic appreciation for nature...💫

| 🍵 Sip & Settle
As the light fades earlier, tea becomes a ritual all on its own. A few of my 'Rishi Tea' favorites lately:
- Turmeric Ginger 🫚
- Lavender Mint 🌿
- Chamomile Medley 🌼
Below is a link to a bundle of all three teas.

And when the day calls for something extra sooth, a mug of warm bone broth feels like nourishment and nostalgia in one sip.
You don't need a big overhaul, just a few small shifts that remind your body you're on its side.
Eat a little slower. Move in ways that feel kind. Light a candle as the sun dips, let that glow mark the moment you exhale. Nature's already setting a slower pace; we just get to fall in step.
Here's to finding your rhythm again, one cozy evening at a time. 🍂 |
