Purchase Agreement
This Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine ("Rockwell," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual ("Student," "you," or "your") who has chosen to enroll in our educational program(s).
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing your enrollment and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Purchase Agreement and our Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference and can be found at https://www.schoolofholisticmedicine.com/terms-disclosure.
2. PROGRAM ENROLLMENT
2.1 Program Selection. You have selected to enroll in one or more educational programs offered by Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine as indicated during your enrollment process.
2.2 Program Delivery. Upon successful payment processing, you will receive immediate access to all program materials, resources, and services included with your selected program(s).
2.3 Self-Paced Learning. Rockwell programs are self-paced with no mandatory completion timeline. You may proceed through the curriculum at your own pace.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 Payment Methods. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and PayPal. All prices are listed in US Dollars.
3.2 Internal Payment Plans. If you have selected our internal payment plan option, you authorize Rockwell to charge your payment method according to the schedule presented during enrollment. Please note that the total program cost when using our internal payment plan option is higher than the full upfront payment price due to the significant default rate associated with payment plans. Failure to make scheduled payments WILL result in immediate loss of access to program materials, which will be reinstated once payments are resumed, past due amounts are paid in full, AND the re-enrollment fee is paid.
3.3 Third-Party Financing. We offer payment plans through Klarna and Afterpay for those who qualify. If you choose to finance through these third-party platforms, you must contact them directly for any questions, issues, or disputes regarding your payments. Rockwell is not responsible for managing your relationship with these financing providers.
3.4 Payment Attempts. In cases of insufficient funds, expired, lost, or stolen payment methods, you will be granted five (5) reattempts to provide valid payment. After the fifth unsuccessful attempt, you will be required to pay a re-enrollment fee in addition to all past due amounts to regain access to the program.
4. REFUND AND DOWNGRADE POLICY
4.1 No-Refund Policy. Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine maintains a strict no-refund policy for all program enrollments. By completing your enrollment, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:
- a) You have been provided access to review our comprehensive program syllabus, detailed course descriptions, and video walkthroughs of all program components before making your enrollment decision.
- b) Upon enrollment, you receive immediate access to all course materials, which represents a substantial delivery of intellectual property and educational resources.
- c) Your investment secures lifetime access to all program materials, updates, and resources—a benefit that begins the moment you enroll.
- d) Your tuition is immediately allocated toward maintaining our educational platform, faculty support, and ongoing development of program materials.
4.2 No Downgrades. Program enrollments cannot be downgraded to a lower-tier or less expensive program after purchase. If you enroll in a bundled doctorate or premium program, you cannot later request to convert this to a lower-cost option for a partial refund or credit.
4.3 Acknowledgment of Review. By completing your enrollment, you confirm that you have thoroughly reviewed all available program information and agree to both the no-refund and no-downgrade policies.
You confirm that you have read and agree to the No-Refund and No-Downgrade Policy. You understand that your enrollment payment is non-refundable and your selected program cannot be downgraded after purchase."
