1. DEFINITIONS

4. REGISTRATION AND ELIGIBILITY

5.2 Academic Performance
- Minimum 75% score on all assessments

5.3 Academic Integrity
Prohibited activities include:
- Plagiarism and cheating
- Using AI to complete assessments without permission
- Falsifying documentation
- Impersonation during exams
- Unauthorized access to systems
Violations result in:
- Permanent expulsion without refund
5.4 Technology Requirements
Students must maintain:
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Updated web browser
- Access to required software
6. PURCHASES, PAYMENT, AND FINANCIAL POLICIES
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Third-party financing (Klarna, Afterpay)
- Internal payment plans
- Bank transfers (international students)
6.2 Payment Processing
- All payments in USD
- International students responsible for exchange rates and transfer fees
- Account suspended after first failed payment
- Up to 5 automatic payment retry attempts
- Reinstatement possible anytime before 5th attempt by making payment (no additional fee)
- $222 re-enrollment fee applies after 5th failed payment attempt
6.3 Pricing and Fees
- Program prices subject to change
- Enrollment fee is non-refundable
- No program downgrades permitted - ever
- Payment plan fees clearly disclosed
- Late payment fee: $75 after 10 days past due
- Re-enrollment fee: $222 after 5th failed payment attempt
6.4 Financial Aid and Scholarships
Limited scholarships available based on:
- Financial need
- Academic merit
- Professional experience
- Diversity considerations
6.5 International Students
- Responsible for currency conversion
- Must comply with immigration laws
- Additional fees may apply for certification verification
- Payment plan terms may vary by country
7. REFUND AND DOWNGRADES
7.1 No Refund Policy
All program fees are non-refundable upon enrollment because:
- Immediate access to intellectual property
- Resources allocated for your education
- Lifetime access begins at enrollment
- Platform maintenance costs
ADDITIONALLY: No program downgrades are permitted. You cannot switch to a lower-cost program for any reason once enrolled.
7.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only for:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Death or disability
- Military deployment
- Rockwell's failure to deliver services
7.3 No Program Downgrades
IMPORTANT: Downgrades are not permitted under any circumstances.
Once you enroll in a program:
- You cannot downgrade to a lower-tier program
- You cannot request a partial refund to switch to a less expensive option
- You cannot transfer payment credits to a different program
- You cannot split bundled programs into individual courses
This policy exists because:
- You receive immediate access to all enrolled program materials
- Program resources are allocated upon enrollment
- Bundled pricing reflects significant discounts
- Administrative systems do not support downgrades
This applies to all programs including:
- Doctorate and degree programs
- Certificate programs
- Bundled course packages
- Lifetime access memberships
7.4 Cancellation Rights
Pre-Enrollment: Full refund if canceled within 14 days Post-Enrollment: Subject to our no-refund policy
8. LIFETIME ACCESS AND CONTENT MODIFICATIONS

All program content is: a) The intellectual property of Rockwell School of Holistic Medicine b) Third-party content that we are in the process of seeking, obtaining, or completing licensing agreements for, replacing, or removing c) Open-source or public domain content that is lawfully incorporated into our curriculum
This includes:
- Course materials and assessments
- Videos and audio recordings
- Written guides and worksheets
- Trademarks and logos
- Proprietary methodologies
11.2 License Grant
Students receive a limited, non-transferable license to:
- Access materials for personal education
- Download specified resources
- Use content for personal practice (non-commercial)
11.3 Restrictions
Strictly prohibited:

14.2 Binding Arbitration - Exclusive Resolution
ALL DISPUTES MUST BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION. NO COURT ACTION IS PERMITTED.
Arbitration terms:

- Single arbitrator
- Location: Pinellas County, Florida
- Expedited proceedings when possible
- Limited discovery to control costs
- Decision is final and binding
14.3 No Exceptions to Arbitration
All disputes are subject to arbitration including:

14.4 Choice of Law
Florida law governs these Terms without conflict of law provisions.
15. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Accounts may be suspended for:

- Threatening behavior
15.2 Suspension Procedures
Academic Suspension:
- Issued for 3-6 months

- Duration based on violation severity

Upon termination:

English version controls if translations differ.
19.7 Electronic Records
Electronic signatures and records have the same validity as physical documents.
