A note on the word “degree.” Quantum calls its programs bachelor’s, master’s and PhD degrees. In its own words, it is “not accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the United States Secretary of Education.” So, like ours, its credentials are private. Accredited universities and state licensing boards generally do not recognize credentials like these.
IIN is Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Kingdom College is Kingdom College of Natural Health. Trinity is Trinity School of Natural Health. FDN is Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Quantum is Quantum University. The doctorates in this table, ours included, are private. None is a state medical license or makes you eligible for one.
Online holistic doctorates, by price
Regular tuition at each school, checked November 2, 2026. Where a school gives a range, we show the low end. Quantum University does not publish its price. None of these doctorates, ours included, is a state license.
Where these numbers come from
- IIN: Health Coach Training Program, admissions FAQ
- Trinity: program list, CTN, FAQs
- Kingdom College: tuition, Doctor of Naturopathy
- FDN: Get certified, FAQ
- Quantum: Doctorate in Holistic Health, Become a student
- Chart: Kingdom College, Blue Marble
- Naturopathic medical schools: NUNM, Sonoran, FNMRA licensing list
Checked on each school's own website on November 2, 2026. Prices change, so please check with each school before you decide. We compare regular tuition. Where a school offers a pay-in-full discount or is running a sale, we show it under the price. Several schools, ours included, run seasonal sales. We are not affiliated with any school named here.
What your $5,555 includes

- All five doctorate programs and the practice minors, open to study. Titles come from the programs you formally enroll in.
- Access for life. It never expires, and there is no fee to keep it.
- Free updates whenever we improve a course.
- Your own pace. Most students finish in 6 to 12 months.
- Free introductions to the groups that certify and license holistic practitioners.
- Lab and supplement accounts once you certify, like Rupa Health or Fullscript. Which ones depends on your doctorate.
Not included: books (usually under $200) and board certification fees (usually $300 to $600). You can pay over time with Klarna at checkout.
Is Rockwell right for you?
Choose Rockwell if you want
- Three titles for your own practice, including two doctorates
- To pay once and study everything we teach
- To learn online, at your own pace
Choose another path if you want
- A state license as a naturopathic doctor. That takes a 4-year naturopathic medical school: $149,000 to $184,000 in tuition and fees, and 3 to 5 years in person.
- A credential a hospital will accept. Ours is for your own practice.
- Coaching only, no doctorate. Some health coach certificates cost less.
The fine print, plainly. This is a private professional doctorate with professional certification. It is not a state medical license and not a university PhD. It does not authorize you to diagnose, treat, prescribe medications, or bill insurance. Use of "Dr." and your scope of practice vary by state, and we will walk you through how it works where you practice. Tuition is not refundable once you enroll, apart from the few cases listed in our terms.
